Job responsibilities

1. Responsible for formulating financial planning according to the company's medium and long-term strategic planning to support the company's strategic development.

2. According to the company's strategy, responsible for the formulation and promotion of the company's overall financing plan (equity and bonds), balance fund management, and ensure the capital needs of the company's strategic development.

3. Responsible for establishing and improving the financial management system and related working procedures and processes of the company and each production base, establishing a scientific, systematic and in line with the actual situation of the enterprise financial accounting system and financial monitoring system, carrying out effective internal control, ensuring the achievement of the company's business objectives and achieving the energy efficiency goals of the use of funds;

4. Responsible for the financial management and accounting management of the company and each production base, including budget management, accounting, cost management, internal control, etc.;

5. Responsible for establishing a financial budget, accounting and cost management system that meets the requirements of listed companies according to the company's development stage.

6. Responsible for establishing and maintaining good relationships with tax, banks, institutions and audit firms, and creating a good external business environment.

7. Lead the formulation and implementation of the company's listing plan.

Qualifications

1. 35-45 years old, bachelor degree or above in accounting, finance or related majors, must have the qualification of certified public accountant;

2. More than 10 years of financial related work experience, familiar with the development of lithium battery materials industry, with financial management experience in production enterprises and practical experience in company listing operation, proficient in cost management, and negative work experience is preferred;

3. Proficient in accounting, auditing, taxation, financial management and other relevant laws and regulations and enterprise financial systems and processes, with comprehensive financial professional knowledge, accounting processing and financial management experience;

4. Have strategic forward-looking thinking, strong cost management, risk control and financial analysis capabilities, and experience in establishing ERP system is preferred;

5. Familiar with policies, have the ability to fight for the top, and be familiar with the company's financing models, tools and approaches;

6. Good conduct, strong sense of responsibility, quick thinking, rigor, strong adaptability, good communication skills, expression skills, organization and coordination skills, and team leadership ability.
