Process engineer

Job responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the development and optimization of production process of lithium-ion battery graphite anode materials, and the preparation and implementation of production process documents;

2. Responsible for analyzing and solving abnormal problems related to the production site process under the guidance of the supervisor;

3. Formulate experimental plans, implement and follow up experimental progress, sort out and analyze experimental data, and write experimental reports;

4. Participate in other R&D work within the department.

Qualifications:

1. Science and engineering related majors, bachelor's/master's degree or above, master's degree or above or chemistry related majors are preferred;

2. Strong hands-on ability, innovation ability, discovery and problem solving ability;

3. Ability to work independently, sense of responsibility and spirit of cooperation;

4. Aspiring to develop lithium battery anode materials, those who can stand alone and bear hardships and stand hard work are preferred.
