QA(Quality) Engineer

Job self-blame:

1. Assist the manager of the quality control department to operate and maintain the QMS/EHS management system, continuously improve the management system, and promote continuous improvement;

2. Connect with key customers SQE to provide quality-related customer service;

3. Responsible for customer complaint handling;

4. Responsible for supplier management on-site audit and supply quality management;

5. Organize QMS/EHS management system internal audit, product audit and process audit;

6. Responsible for responding to customer two-party audits and third-party audits;

7. Responsible for the statistical analysis of quality data and complete the preparation of monthly quality report;

8. Complete the temporary work assigned by the superior.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor degree or above in engineering, major in chemical engineering and non-metallic materials is preferred;

2. More than 3 years of working experience, material industry process quality control, laboratory testing engineers, production line technical engineers and other working experience is preferred;

3. Have IATF16949 internal auditor qualification certificate, have received training in 5 core tools, and be proficient in using 5 core tools;

4. EHS management system internal auditor qualification certificate is preferred.
