Application Scenario
The negative electrode refers to the lower potential end of the battery and plays a crucial role in the battery. As a rechargeable secondary battery, lithium-ion batteries mainly rely on the movement of lithium ions between the positive and negative electrodes. During the charging and discharging process, Li+is intercalated and de intercalated back and forth between the two electrodes. During charging, Lit is intercalated from the positive electrode with a higher potential and then into the negative electrode with a lower potential through the electrolyte. However, during discharge, the opposite is true.

3C Electronics
● During the mature period of the 3C digital market, demand has steadily increased. Consumer lithium-ion batteries, as an important demand market for lithium-ion batteries, are mainly used in digital electronic products such as mobile phones, laptops, tablets, wearable intelligent devices, and mobile power supplies. At the same time, the demand for high-end digital batteries and high magnification batteries remains strong in the future.
● According to GGII's prediction, the global 3C digital market is gradually entering a mature period, and is expected to maintain a growth rate of 5-10% from 2022 to 2025, with a demand for lithium-ion batteries exceeding 100GWh.

Electric vehicle
● In terms of stock: In 2022, the global stock of fuel vehicles is 2 billion, while the stock of new energy vehicles is 30 million, with a penetration rate of only 1.5%.
● Incremental: In 2021, global sales of new energy vehicles reached 6.69 million units, with a penetration rate of 8%. In 2021, China had 3.52 million vehicles, with a penetration rate of 13.4%. In 2022, China will have 6.89 million units, an increase of 96%, and a penetration rate of 25.6% (data source: China Association of Automobile Manufacturers)
● Compared to traditional fuel vehicles, the trend of intelligence (autonomous driving)+electrification is irreversible.
● It is expected that the global sales of new energy vehicles will reach 16 million in 2023, and close to 29 million in 2025.

High end energy storage
● In 2020, the proportion of thermal power in China was 69%, while that of wind power was 9%. In 2060, the proportion of wind power exceeded 60%.
● In 2020, the cost of photovoltaic power generation in China, Europe and America began to be lower than that of thermal power. In 2020, the installed capacity was 130GW, and it is expected to reach 350GW by 2023 (China Photovoltaic Association, CPIA). Based on electricity prices that are several times higher than those in China, photovoltaic power generation in Europe and America yields greater profits. In 2020, the proportion of energy storage devices installed on the global wind and solar power generation side was only 0.8%. (CNESA)
● CICC predicts that the global demand for energy storage batteries will reach 189GWh in 2023, with an increase of over 60%. From 2025 to 400GWh.
