Job responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the development of new products of anode materials, the optimization of existing product performance and process; As well as pilot, trial production and mass production transformation of related projects, on-site process debugging and technical support, and promote customer project research and development;

2. Develop and optimize the characterization methods of anode materials, quickly characterize the electrochemical properties of materials and carry out related mechanism research;

3. Develop product application technology, mainly including anode material processing performance development, battery cell testing and evaluation, cell failure analysis;

4. Formulate experimental plan, implement and follow up the progress of the experiment, sort out and analyze the experimental data, and write the experimental report, extract the conclusions and propose the optimization plan; Analyze and improve abnormal situations, and solve technical problems encountered in a timely manner;

5. Formulate experimental plans, implement and follow up experimental progress, sort out and analyze experimental data, and write experimental reports;

6. Preparation and response of project-related intellectual property documents;

7. Participate in other R&D work within the department.

 

Qualifications:

1. Materials science, chemical engineering (coal chemical industry, petrochemical industry), electrochemistry or related majors, master's/doctoral degree;

The salary of doctoral degree candidates is negotiable;

2. Engaged in the development of anode materials for more than 3 years, familiar with the basic principles, production technology, and material design of lithium-ion battery graphite anode materials, and understand the influence of graphite material parameters on the electrochemical performance of battery cells;

3. Familiar with the process, equipment and principle of anode material crushing, carbonization and graphitization;

4. Have professional knowledge of carbon and graphite materials,

familiar with the basic structure, characterization methods and production processes of carbon and graphite materials; Familiar with the synthesis, composition and structure of various coke materials, master the characterization methods and key control points of coke raw materials;

5. Have strong data collation and analysis skills, and be able to write technical reports that meet the requirements of the post.
