1. Qualifications

1. 35-40 years old, bachelor degree or above, major in engineering management, industrial and civil construction, civil engineering;

2. More than 8 years of work experience in construction site management, with second-level

or above registered builder certificate (major at least construction engineering), with second-level and above cost engineer certificate, work experience in construction unit, cost unit and supervision unit is preferred (experience in building factories of negative electrode materials is preferred), and must have on-site construction management experience of Party A;

3. Proficient in compiling the bill of quantities and control price, familiar with the relevant measurement and pricing specifications and standards of Chongqing, familiar with the market price of materials, familiar with the construction site workflow;

4. Have strategic forward-looking thinking, strong engineering management, cost control and comprehensive coordination capabilities;

5. Proficient in the use of office software, CAD, cost software and other professional skills software.

2. Job responsibilities

1. Implement relevant national laws, regulations, policies, norms and standards, and be responsible for the supervision, inspection and guidance of safe and civilized construction, project quality, construction progress and construction archived materials of each construction unit.

2. Responsible for the overall technical management of all engineering projects of the company.

3. Participate in the scheme design, preliminary design and construction drawing design of the review project, and propose amendments to the technical problems existing in the design;

4. Responsible for the geological survey and design management of a single project (including geological survey, design, drawing review, etc.);

5. Responsible for checking the implementation of the content of the drawing review minutes.

6. Go deep into the construction site, follow the relevant construction specifications, be responsible for engineering technology management and supervision of project quality, project progress and safety. It is mainly responsible for supervising and inspecting whether the construction unit carries out construction in accordance with the requirements of construction drawings and engineering specifications, strictly inspects the quality of the project, and controls the quality of the project.

7. Responsible for explaining the relevant technical problems in the construction

drawings, and dealing with the relevant technical problems of the construction site in a timely manner; Responsible for putting forward decision-making opinions on major changes in the project;

8. Guide and standardize the third-party cost work, be responsible for supervising and verifying the construction budget and final accounts, ensure the timely and accurate completion of relevant work affairs, and make effective cost analysis for project construction;

9. Fully responsible for quality, safety, civilized construction management, strict process control, and organize completion acceptance.

10. Adhere to investigation and research, discover problems in time, take measures, and regularly report the progress of the project to the company.

11. Initially stationed in Chongqing Tongliang, later according to the company's planning can adapt to long-term station;

12. Actively complete other tasks assigned by leaders.
